The result showed that there was no difference of sexual ratio between male and female Lampam from three habitats of Lampam. In dry season, the fishes had the gonad maturity from I to II, whereas in rainy season the gonad maturity from I to IV. The results of the maturity index, fecundity and egg diameter showed that Lampam has whole year reproduction time but the maximum of reproduction time was in rainy season.
