http://repository.polnep.ac.id:80/xmlui/handle/123456789/318 Kumpulan e-Journal Eksos Vol. 9 No. 1 Februari 2013 2026-04-05T01:33:36Z http://repository.polnep.ac.id:80/xmlui/handle/123456789/323 Model Perhitungan Besaran PDRB Hijau Sektor Kehutanan di Kalimantan Barat melalui Pendekatan Jasa Lingkungan Putra, Windhu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Menghitung kontribusi PDRB Sektor Kehutanan melalui pendekatan input-output; dan 2) Menghitung PDRB hijau sektor kehutanan melalui pendekatan pendapatan dari Jasa Lingkungan dari sektor kehutanan. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan kontribusi PDRB Sektor Kehutanan melalui pendekatan input-output, menunjukkan hasil nilai ERDP (Eco Regional Domestic Product) yang diperoleh setelah dikurangi dengan total input antara dari komoditi kayu dan hasil hutannya lainnya adalah sebesar Rp24.436.316.12 juta. Setelah melakukan perhitungan PDRB hijau sektor kehutanan melalui pendekatan pendapatan dari Jasa Lingkungan dari sektor kehutanan dapat diketahui bahwa nilai PDRB Hijau Kehutanan jauh lebih tinggi apabila jasa lingkungan hutan diintegrasikan dalam perhitungan. Demikian juga perhitungan untuk seluruh sektor, nilai PDRB Hijau Provinsi Kalimantan Barat lebih tinggi daripada nilai PDRB Konvensional apabila jasa lingkungan hutan diintegrasikan dalam perhitungan. Dengan melakukan simulasi perhitungan optimis yang memasukkan semua nilai tak langsung dari jasa lingkungan hutan menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi sektor kehutanan terhadap PDRB Hijau Kalimantan Barat akan meningkat secara signifikan menjadi lebih 67 persen dari PDRB Hijau Kalimantan Barat. Pengujian model dilakukan dengan regresi linear menggunakan data panel tahun 2001–2010, sedangkan untuk mengkalisifikasikan wilayah digunakan analisis Klasen Tipologi. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian didapatkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh signifikan negatif terhadap ketimpangan wilayah. While on the other hand to achieve organizational goals effectively required the integration between the organization's needs with the needs of personnel. The objectives to be achieved in this study were: (1) Analyze the clarity of the role of technicians/laboratory assistants in Polnep environment; (2) analyze the effectiveness of implementation of tasks technician/laboratory in Polnep environment; (3) Analyze the role clarity of roles in supporting the effectiveness of the technician’ working/laboratory in Polnep environment. This study uses a quantitative research approach that researchers collected data by setting the first concept as related variables derived from existing theories obtained by investigators and then search the data using a questionnaire for the measurement of the variables. Survey methods used for sampling of the population and by using questionnaires as the main instrument of data collection. Based on the research results can be concluded that: (1) from the analysis of the clarity of the role of technicians/laboratory assistants in the Pontianak State Polytechnic (Polnep), it is generally known that the technician/laboratory has been clear about their roles in the organization; (2) analysis of effectiveness of work Technician/Laboratory in Polnep environment generally show the effectiveness of the performance is quite good, and likely to lead to a very good position; (3) clarity of role was greatly affects the effectiveness of the work of the technician/Laboratory Polnep.
